Renovation or Rebuild Isle of Capri Gold Coast
This family home was situated on the Gold Coast canals, and with extensive architectural and engineer design, the house was demolished only leaving the slab and the side walls. The renovations that had been carried out some six years prior were of poor standard and were starting to show with cracking floor and wall tiles and retainer walls that were not going to see the test of time.

Difficult New Site Home by Experienced Builder
This architecturally designed four bedroom home has been constructed on a difficult sloping site and has been mainly constructed from timber.
It has a modern truss floor with five split levels and a modern truss roof.
The floor is constructed with yellow tongue flooring with an overlay of mixed hardwood floor that has secret nailed for a seamless finish.
The walls have been constructed with a hardwood frame with beautiful high ceilings ranging from 2.8 meters high to 3.6 meters high in the main dining room.
The external walls are clad with a termite treated hardwood chamber board and has a tasteful blend of old and new and a very functional family home.
